finished this block and then gave the ones I had done in this series to Anne--

went to these--had a couple done--
am now stitching these on the week ends while watching racing--

finished this set of applique hearts and then gave them to Anne

APRIL

Lets see--

got another bunny cross stitched--

and I got my first pair of socks done using the Magic Loop method--
neat way to do socks!!!

Inchies are growing--

a third block for the Grace series--
so far--

new pair of socks--
I got almost to the foot part on these and decided they were way too big and
I would not have enough yarn to finish them--
soooo--
I did start over!!!

started Junes Word Play and did order July's and August's!!

bought myself some Viola's--so pretty!!!

and to help me stitch--
I got new glasses--$217.00

went to another mini class at the yarn shop to learn--
Brioche--it would only be great if one needed something really warm--
kinda of a neat stitch really!!

Lil sister is really ill again and in the hospital--
doesn't look good!!!

My lil sister, Barbara died this morning at 5:30am--
unbelievable---

Marty (Marilyn) here put this in my flower barrel for Barb--
then I did add some large pansies to it--

Now all the hand piecing blocks are done--

yes--I colored eggs again by myself--did 5--that was all the eggs I had!!!

Here is a finish that is actually for the month of February--
we embroidered a block each day for Feb--
National Embroidery Month from Crabapple Hill Studios

the new supplies I had to order--
we did this with colored pencils--

all traced and colored--ready to go--

a really fun project--
I used wool for the 2 fabric blocks with the charms on them!!!
Learned some new embroidery stitches on this too--

Started a new embroidery block sets--
there is 9 all total--
Called Grace blocks--

more of the hand piecing blocks I have gotten stitched--

Learning how to knit 2 socks at once on the Magic Loop method--
took a short class at the yarn shop--

got a rabbit cross stitch done--

some of this months inchies--
we are just Inching our way along on this one--
is fun--though some days it is hard to think of what to stitch for that day!!!
