DECEMBER

last month of 2019--
started this stitch along--done in wools--
9 blocks for the set--
Here they all are--fun ones to do--
would of used different backgrounds--but just didn't have anything that would work--
so these are from a charm pack--

and finally found a couple Chmas t-shirts in all cotton-
but boy did they run--but did enjoy wearing them close to the holiday!!

new patterns for only $2.95 and more new threads--
got an old embroidered table cloth that someone finished the work on--but didn't do the heming on it--so I will--

I walked over to the Melbourne Library--thinking that there was a quilt meeting there--
nobody showed up--but that library is really nice and I got these little books with the animals for $2 each--all went in my Chmas displays--
I started this top as soon as I had the sewing machine hooked up--
and got it all finished even the binding on it--
embroidered this little guy--but haven't finished him off yet???
Got another book read--cute story--
from Maria in AU
Yea---happy dance--all the word plays are now all stitched--
I changed two big things on this one--
did Santa instead of St Nick and I added Jesus instead of the word merry!!

Knitted me acute santa too--

and I baked--finally made these--they are so cute and very yummy!!
other cookies--

Aunt Judys cookies-
and made some peppermint cookies with a chocolate kiss on the top of them--

and to do photos we stayed for hour and half--
then stopped at Cheddar's for dinner on the way home!!!
Read another Chmas story--think I have read 8 books since I moved here--wow!!

NOVEMBER

So how much stitching did I get done this month???
I did get October's done--
this was fun to stitch on the purple cloth--
one more basket is done--
was busy hand quilting this Chmas quilt top--
and I believe this one--makes all 20 of the baskets are now embroideried--
started back in 2010 or so I believe and 3 different times I got them out and worked on them--
and now they are finished--with one more week of Nascar yet to go for this season!!!!

and now November's is done--
just one more month to go in this series!
and I made a list of ufo's-
and I got this one all done --even the binding is done on it--yea!!!
I finally broke down and tried out the new oven that I got back in Sept when I moved in!!!
Dan came for Thanksgiving dinner--we played cards--
And I got this little print all hand quilted and binding on it to send to Anne--

OCTOBER

So now what did I do in October--
I did get all the Inchies caught up to date first--

actually read a book--
they have a great library room here and there is book cases on each floor in each lobby area!!
and I discovered this--
a gazebo out back--so did spend time out weather permitting and knitted on baby sweaters--
did order some new charm packs and threads--
had fun going to thrift stores with Frannie and Carolyn--
and went back to embroidering the basket blocks while watching the races on the week ends--
and got back to doing counted cross stitching mornings after the Inchy is done--
and now Sept Word play is finished--
and--
started Octobers--
another order came in--

New sewing machine came in and got it set up--
love it!!!
and more baby sweaters have been knitted--
one more basket--
and even another one--

SEPTEMBER

This month turned into a big busy month--
as Dawn announced that she was moving to the state of Illinois on Oct4th--
so as I unpacked--we took boxes to her house and packed her up--
and had a rummage sale--

Frannie had picked me up at the airport when I landed--
and I stayed with her for 4 nights and slept on a canvas cot--
and we shopped everyday for things for the new apt--
I signed the new lease here on Sept 12th a Thursday--
and started sleeping her on Friday!!

Frannie and did make it to the Zoo on the last Tuesday of the month for the $5 each--

and I have to pay $5 a day here for lunch--it is served from 11:30-1:00 in the dinning room--
I have found a table of 4 with all of us newbie's--Karen has been here a bit over a month (74), Ruth has been here about that long too (89) and Me and then Shirley (92) right after me--
we have a good time visiting and laughing each lunch time--

I did keep up with the Inchies--though I went 19 days with only drawing them before I could find time to stitch those up and keep it going--

am so happy to be back in the Sunshine state!!!
Dawn took me out to eat at Chili's, Applebees, and Beef o Riley's--
Dan took Dawn and I out to eat at Shells, night before she left for IL--
