SEPTEMBER

This month turned into a big busy month--
as Dawn announced that she was moving to the state of Illinois on Oct4th--
so as I unpacked--we took boxes to her house and packed her up--
and had a rummage sale--

Frannie had picked me up at the airport when I landed--
and I stayed with her for 4 nights and slept on a canvas cot--
and we shopped everyday for things for the new apt--
I signed the new lease here on Sept 12th a Thursday--
and started sleeping her on Friday!!

Frannie and did make it to the Zoo on the last Tuesday of the month for the $5 each--

and I have to pay $5 a day here for lunch--it is served from 11:30-1:00 in the dinning room--
I have found a table of 4 with all of us newbie's--Karen has been here a bit over a month (74), Ruth has been here about that long too (89) and Me and then Shirley (92) right after me--
we have a good time visiting and laughing each lunch time--

I did keep up with the Inchies--though I went 19 days with only drawing them before I could find time to stitch those up and keep it going--

am so happy to be back in the Sunshine state!!!
Dawn took me out to eat at Chili's, Applebees, and Beef o Riley's--
Dan took Dawn and I out to eat at Shells, night before she left for IL--

AUGUST

I am now getting things ready to move back to Florida--
will be moving to South Trinity Towers this time--

lots of coloring going on--

fabrics came in for the last 3 months of the word plays--

Septembers word play--

then I had to paint that Textile stuff on them and press them--
they are now already for embroidery work--

and I finally got these quilt tops with batting and backings and basted for hand quilting-

and yet another basket--

three times I caught the hummer in my flowers--around 11am--
so have lots of nice photos of her-

found the neatest gifts for $5 at the Wags to Riches shop--
ended up buying 11 so far--and yes that flamingo one is mine!!!

went to Char's beauty shop on 4th street one last time-
between me moving back to Fl and she sold her house and is moving--well==
been going to her for over 24 years--

went to the windmill--for those fish spatula's for the kids as gifts--
and came home with a new dolly for me and the mouse--
and--

I finally found a really small purse for my 123 batteries for my purse

here is where I ended in Aug on the Sept one--
first one I did not get finished by the end of the month--
way too many things to do to get ready to fly to Florida--

I did wash all my quilts--a couple did have a problem with running--
even with color catchers in the wash--guess I needed more in each load--

and June finally made it down to spend the day with me--

and Ginny did take me to the Odessa library with a few more quilts and the newest shawl for donation-

JULY

Been doing Inchy's for 6 full months now--

bought some new patterns

another basket is finished

and ordered the last 4 Word Play patterns--(price went from $9 to $11 in just a month)

washed all my counted cross stitching--only one bleed bad--

work on word play-

Opps too many loops in the 'm'!!!

Joy did a Christmas in July--I got all 3 of them done--
later I sent these to Alice--so now I need to do them over again for me!!

was going through my jewelry and put my ring on and my gold chain--

another basket is done-

and August is finished--

and started September's word play-

started coloring the new Crabapple patterns

JUNE

see my first juvenile robin

finished another basket--

so far these are done out of 20

decided to try to finish this one--wool--

and I got it done--
